Our company was established in 1961 as "Japan Ambraco" to sell hex socket bolts "Ambraco" products in the Japanese market by SPS Technologies, Inc. in the United States. In 1984, we changed our name to "SPS Ambraco" and obtained Japanese corporate status as a 100% subsidiary of SPS. Since then, we have supplied Boeing standard parts to various heavy industries that began producing parts for the 767 and 777, and we are involved as a key supplier for the 787.
