This is a one-component condensation-type liquid silicone rubber adhesive formulated with special fillers to enhance thermal conductivity.
In its uncured state, it is in a paste form and hardens while reacting with moisture in the air, releasing a small amount of condensate. It adheres well to most materials and, after curing, becomes a rubber elastomer that exhibits high heat dissipation effects.
