Supplied quantitatively by a quantitative supply device.
Raw materials (combustible materials such as waste plastics, old paper, wood chips, etc.) are crushed to an appropriate size (approximately 30-50mm) by a crusher and then quantitatively supplied by a metering device. The supplied materials undergo crushing, kneading, pressurization, compression, and friction through a special two-axis screw, generating self-generated heat that melts the thermoplastic materials, which are then compressed and formed through a nozzle. The formed products are primarily cooled by water, resulting in a hard solid. (Water cooling equipment is optional.)

Our company is based on the technologies of sand processing, vibration, and sand regeneration, focusing on the handling and regeneration of sand in the casting field. We are committed to technological innovation to improve sand recycling rates and recovery rates, with a strong emphasis on the sand regeneration treatment and mixing technologies used in sand casting. Additionally, in the field of vibration, we utilize resonance-based vibration technology developed through over 30 years of technical partnership with General Kinematics Co. in the United States to manufacture a wide variety of vibrating conveying machines. Furthermore, we apply this technology to develop vibrating core drop machines for aluminum castings and vibrating sorting machines for industrial waste, particularly construction mixed waste. Our technologies and products have been adopted by casting manufacturers in Japan's non-ferrous materials sector, as well as major plant manufacturers and intermediate processing companies in the environmental recycling field. Through nearly 90 years of expertise as a machinery manufacturer, we actively pursue further contributions to our customers and technological innovation, striving to ensure that our technological products can thrive in our customers' operations. Our goal is to be "a small but shining company." We will make renewed efforts toward our 100th anniversary so that our customers, partner companies, and all employees can shine even brighter.
