By equipping our ultrasonic vibration table "Assist" or the table with ultrasonic vibrating water tank "CAVITT" (optional), ultrasonic-assisted machining of workpiece-side vibrations can be performed. The ultrasonic vibrations improve the machining quality and efficiency for fine hole processing, fine groove processing, and surface processing of metals, resins, and brittle materials. By inputting machining conditions, hole and groove processing programs are automatically generated. Additionally, operation using manually created G-code programs is also possible.
