A device for measuring the melting temperature of coal and coke ash samples in accordance with standards such as ASTM, DIN, ISO, and BSI. ■□■Features■□■ ■ The image recognition function (IRF) automatically completes the analysis after all samples have finished deforming, improving throughput and reducing damage to the furnace. ■ By using two furnaces, it can analyze up to 12 samples simultaneously in a reducing or oxidizing atmosphere. ■ Simultaneous analysis of up to 12 samples (in dual mode) ■ Complies with ASTM, DIN, ISO, and BSI standards ■ Temperature range: 400°C to 1500°C ■ Heating rate: 4°C/min to 12°C/min ■ Analysis time: 4 hours (under normal settings) ■ Ash fusibility measurement: automatic or manual (IT, ST, HT, FT) ■ Image resolution: 1280×1024 pixels ■ Safety: The built-in CO monitor automatically stops the gas in case of abnormalities. ■ For more details, please contact us.
