Sand casting can accommodate everything from ultra-precision castings for small items (50g) to super-large castings (1500kg) used in machine tools and ships. Among these, we have a wealth of experience in sand casting in the 1-ton class, receiving high praise for our work. Additionally, among the many manufacturing methods available in sand casting, we employ self-hardening molds utilizing organic self-hardening sand regeneration treatment machines (alkali phenol). This method offers high self-hardening properties and excellent release, making it suitable for large sand castings. Furthermore, in addition to equipment that enables large sand casting, we have accumulated a wealth of technical know-how in casting technology through our extensive work in large sand castings. We utilize unique casting plans to deliver highly reliable products that meet demanding quality and technical requirements, including tightness and strict standards against casting defects, which are often considered challenging for large products. Notably, we have numerous achievements in high-pressure pumps and compressor components, actively tackling high-level sand castings, from complex external shapes to intricate internal shapes using multiple cores.
