The only polymer coolant that can achieve the same hardening as oil.
**Features of PAR-QUENCH** PAR-QUENCH, developed by Park Chemical Company in the United States, is a new type of polymer quenching agent that has a higher molecular weight compared to other quenching agents and is the only polymer quenching agent capable of hardening like oil. **Compared to quenching oil** 1. No fire hazard, no smoke or fumes. 2. Non-toxic and harmless; can be washed down the drain if spilled on the floor. 3. Quenching speed can be adjusted over a wide range depending on concentration and temperature. 4. Non-flammable, no special reporting, storage, or handling required as a hazardous material. **Compared to other polymer quenching agents** 1. Completely soluble across the entire temperature range up to the boiling point of water (no precipitation even above 70°C). 2. Has a wide concentration tolerance range. 3. No heat separation; cooling is rapid at high temperatures and gradual at low temperatures, reducing distortion and cracking while ensuring hardness. 4. Very little smoke is produced even when tempered while adhering, usually requiring no cleaning. **Notice** If you require the SDS (Safety Data Sheet) for our chemicals, please inquire with your sales representative or the sales office where you placed your order.

basic information
【Package】 18L oil can / 200L drum 【Stable Cooling Performance】 - Completely water-soluble up to the boiling point of water (polyethylene glycol type dissolves at 63-85°C) - Cooling curve similar to quenching oil → Results in less deformation and achieves high hardness 【Concentration Control】 - Low concentration → Fast cooling speed - High concentration → Slow cooling speed - Normal application range: 5-25% 【Temperature Control】 - Maximum temperature: 65°C is appropriate considering water loss due to evaporation - Below 15°C, excessive carry-out is unsuitable - Operating temperature range: 20-60°C (±5°C) 【Stirring Control】 - Flow rate of 30-45 m/min is standard → Quenching performance varies with stirring intensity
