◆ Efforts in Small-Diameter Hole Processing and Micro Machining ◆ ● Experience and Achievements We specialize in precision machining of small components, shaft processing, eccentric shafts, gear cutting, discharge nozzles, suction nozzles, etc. (Nozzles are one of our strengths). We are shifting our processed products towards resin processing, composite processing (resin and metal), small-diameter hole processing, and micro machining. ● Importance of Diverse Processing Needs, Material Selection, and Tool Selection We handle a variety of materials, including metal types such as SUS316, 304, 303, and 430, as well as difficult-to-cut materials like titanium and nickel alloys, and resin materials such as polyimide (PI), PBI, PEEK, POM, and machinable ceramics. We explore compatibility with work materials while exchanging information with various tool manufacturers, pursuing optimal processing conditions, and constantly striving for the best. ● Inspection System We are updating our equipment to enable observation and verification of finer shapes and conditions, including the introduction of ultra-precision measuring microscopes, image measuring instruments, and digital microscopes. ● Future Developments We believe that our ability to perform small-diameter hole processing and micro machining on larger workpieces provides us with a competitive advantage.
