Registered businesses must affix the designated label (such as the PSE mark) to electrical products that comply with the technical standards and have undergone inspections. ■Compliance Certification for Consumer Product Safety Act (PSC Mark) Customers engaged in the manufacturing or importing of specified products must not only complete business registration and other procedures but also undergo conformity testing by a registered inspection organization approved by the competent minister, receive a certificate, and keep it on file (fulfillment of obligations) in order to sell the specified products with the PSC mark. ■S Mark The display of the S Mark is not mandated by law.
