basic information
Product Features ■ CCFL bulbs are light bulbs that have a cold cathode fluorescent lamp (CCFL) coiled in a spiral shape. ■ CCFLs are still used in devices like LCD TVs and copiers, and they are well-known for their durability. ■ They can be used in low temperatures down to -20°C, making them suitable for outdoor use in cold regions. ■ The base is a standard E26, allowing for easy conversion to CCFL with the same procedure as changing a regular bulb. Benefits of Product Introduction ■ The initial cost is significantly lower compared to LED bulbs. ■ The lamp tube lifespan is over 40,000 hours, similar to LED bulbs. ■ The longer lifespan compared to regular bulbs greatly reduces maintenance costs associated with bulb replacement. ■ No waste disposal costs are required. ■ They generate less heat compared to regular bulbs, reducing power consumption during air conditioning. ■ They are more resistant to the ON/OFF lighting load for instant lighting compared to regular bulbs. ■ Unlike traditional fluorescent tube types, there is no degradation due to the number of times they are turned on.

Applications/Examples of results
By 2012, incandescent light bulbs will be banned from production. Next-generation light bulbs! The bulb-shaped cold cathode fluorescent lamp (CCFL) was released in Japan in April 2009. - With a rated power consumption of 11W, it has a total luminous flux of 700lm, equivalent to the brightness of a 60W incandescent bulb. - Compared to using a silica bulb, power consumption is reduced to about 1/5. - It achieves 80% energy savings compared to silica bulbs. - Since it uses backlighting from LCDs, it is much more resistant to ON-OFF switching than bulb-shaped fluorescent lamps. - Lamp life exceeds 40,000 hours. With 8 hours of use per day, it requires no lamp replacement for over 14 years. (9 years for 12 hours of use, about 5 years for 24 hours of use) - Power consumption: 11W (brightness equivalent to a 60W bulb) - Light colors: warm white, white, daylight - No maintenance costs for bulb replacement and no waste disposal costs. - Low heat generation reduces indoor temperature rise and decreases power consumption during air conditioning. - Instant lighting and strong resistance to ON/OFF switching. - Unlike conventional fluorescent tubes, there is no degradation due to the number of times it is turned on. It has a proven durability, having been used continuously in LCD TVs, copiers, and more to this day.
