basic information
■□■Features■□■ ■Prevention of vacuum pump troubles caused by oil contamination With a strong moisture aggregation effect, it separates and removes moisture from emulsified oil, capturing powders and debris. It is possible to reduce the moisture concentration in the oil to about 100 ppm, which prevents oil degradation and suppresses the generation of sludge that can cause rotational issues. However, since oil oxidation progresses gradually, regular oil changes are also necessary. ■Restoration of degraded ultimate pressure due to moisture Vacuum pumps contaminated with moisture experience significant degradation in vacuum level. Labmaster/Hyperclean removes moisture that causes degradation of ultimate pressure, restoring the ultimate pressure. ■Reduction of running costs By removing moisture and debris from the oil, the oil change cycle can be extended. ■Reduction of oil change hassle With the included circulation pump, oil draining and refilling can be done smoothly. ■Compatible with vacuum pumps from any manufacturer Both Labmaster and Hyperclean can be installed on oil-sealed rotary vacuum pumps from any manufacturer. ■□■For more details, please request documentation or download the catalog■□■
