■Material The wetted parts are made of SUS316L and PTFE, so there is no concern about leaching or corrosion. Additionally, stainless steel is also used for the actuator, eliminating worries about corrosion from external harsh environments or condensation. ■Seal The sealing of the flow path is reliably achieved by pressing the PTFE sealing attached to the stem against the SUS body valve seat. The stem side and actuator are isolated by a diaphragm, so there is no concern about contamination from wetted sliding parts or contamination from external environments. ■No Residuals There is almost no liquid pooling. Especially compared to ball valves, it allows for efficient extraction of products from the tank. ■Cleaning With minimal residue and no wetted sliding parts, cleaning time can be reduced, saving cleaning water. It is compatible with in-place cleaning (CIP). ■Sterilization Materials that can withstand high temperatures are used, making it compatible with in-place sterilization (SIP). ■Maintenance The stem is designed to be removable from the actuator side, allowing for easy maintenance without having to disconnect the body from the piping line.
