The GK-2000 appearance inspection device is an online appearance inspection system composed of a CCD line camera, image input board, image processing board, inspection program, and a personal computer. It inspects product defects in real-time, outputs signals to external devices when defects are detected, and saves defect images and information. By being able to save defect images, visual confirmation of defect detection can be achieved. It is low-cost and PC-based, and can be customized according to application and budget. Utilizing the characteristics of line sensors, it can be used in fields that require high resolution and high-speed processing.
