We have established a system that can promptly respond to single-item orders for difficult-to-machine materials such as Hastelloy, Monel, and Stellite, as well as for special-shaped valve balls like those with shaft-mounted balls, T-shaped holes, and L-shaped holes. We are capable of producing balls in all sizes, from large diameter products of 1200 mm to small diameter products of less than 8 mm. We can handle a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, titanium, and various forged products. Using skilled staff and our uniquely developed high-performance processing machines, we achieve thorough cost reduction under production management by OA equipment. Regarding delivery times, we have established a system in cooperation with 35 elite factories to ensure reliable delivery within the specified deadlines.
