**Features** - Aizawa's unique base material lifter - The base material can be loaded onto the material supply lifter and automatically fed without any additional handling. - High-precision positioning and cutting accuracy within ±0.2 mm using NC feeder and back gauge in combination. - Automatic ear cutting and separation of leftover materials - Automatic ear cutting is performed based on the selected cutting pattern, and the leftover materials are separated into a damper. The final cut is made by pushing the material with an ejector, and the leftover materials are separated into the damper by the ejector. - High reliability and productivity of mechanical shears - Suitable for sheet thicknesses of 0.4 to 3.2 mm, sheet widths of 250 to 1250 mm, and sheet lengths of 800 to 2500 mm.
