This is a new type of quantitative feeder equipped with a mechanism developed uniquely by our company, designed to meet the needs for high-speed cutting supply of powder and granular materials, filling input, subtractive automatic weighing, additive automatic weighing, constant flow, and high precision. For cutting, we offer the BF series with a vibration feeder type and the SF series with a screw type, allowing for the selection of the optimal type based on the powder or granular material. The drive unit is available in both electric and air types, making it possible to accommodate situations where explosion-proof specifications are required due to the surrounding environment. By standardizing the product to SUS304 specifications, it can also be used for food and pharmaceuticals. The weighing system includes both subtractive batch weighing and continuous weighing (loss-in-weight method) types, as well as additive batch weighing types, enabling us to meet all kinds of needs.
