The main body is a jacketed tumbler, where the raw material is loaded to 30-50% of its full capacity and dried while repeatedly stirring and dispersing through rotation.

* The material is dried in a rolling and stirring state, resulting in high efficiency and the ability to dry to a significantly low moisture content. * There is little particle breakage of the material, and the mixing accuracy is relatively high, allowing for the production of uniform dried products. * Since the material is in direct contact with the heating surface, the disadvantages of being under vacuum for heat transfer are minimal, and heat loss is also relatively low. * The selection of an axial seal type allows for high vacuum (low temperature) operation, making it suitable for drying materials that are prone to air oxidation and high-temperature alteration. * The internal structure of the main body is simple, making internal cleaning easy, and there is no concern about contamination even when processing different types of materials. * The loading and discharge of materials are relatively easy. * The evaporated vapor can be harmful or can also be used as a solvent. * Hot water, steam, and thermal oil can be used as heat sources. * By incorporating automatic control devices such as fixed-position automatic stop devices, automatic valves, and material temperature sensors, a fully automatic operation mode is also possible.
