Since 1983, Yanotech has introduced cationic electrodeposition coating equipment and has been painting automotive parts manufactured by our company. We also accept orders for cationic electrodeposition coating only, utilizing our experience and technology, so please feel free to consult with us. <Free Sample Coating Available> Please send us the product you would like to have coated. We will provide cationic electrodeposition coating for one item free of charge. The shipping costs for both ways will be borne by the customer. <What is Cationic Electrodeposition Coating?> This method involves immersing the workpiece in a tank filled with conductive water-based paint, making the workpiece the cathode (-), and flowing direct current between it and the anode (+), causing the paint to deposit on the surface of the workpiece through electrical force, thereby forming a coating film. <Features of Cationic Electrodeposition Coating> (1) It has excellent rust prevention properties. (It is widely used as a primer for automotive bodies.) (2) It has good adhesion and provides a uniform coating film without any missed spots. (3) There is no dripping, running, or sagging of the coating film.
