The URK cutting machine is a product born from our years of experience in cutting aluminum plates. ■ URK Series - Maximum thickness: 100 mm - Cutting widths: 1000 mm / 2000 mm / 3100 mm (3 models) - Unique anti-pinch device (anti-pinch blade) for preventing workpiece clamping (models 2000/3100) - Equipped with a uniquely developed blade cover, allowing for safe operation without exposing the blade. - The chip scattering prevention cover efficiently collects large amounts of chips with a dust collector, providing a clean environment. ■ URKG Series (New Model) - A model that enhances the basic specifications of the URK series. - Maximum thickness expanded to t200 mm, improving performance. - Reduced cutting time. Cutting time shortened by 50% compared to conventional machines using dedicated chip saws. - Cutting widths: 1000 mm / 2000 mm / 3100 mm (3 models) - Achieved over 95% chip recovery with the optional Pinocchio cover for chip scattering prevention and self-propelled blade cover. - High operability achieved with a large touch panel. - Standard equipped with a workpiece lifting device, improving handling of heavy materials.
