Horizontal Cutting Method This cutting method fixes the vertical position (Z-axis) of the grinding wheel at a desired height, while the table, which holds the vice, moves horizontally (Y-axis) towards the grinding wheel. (The grinding wheel is fixed, and the material to be cut moves towards the grinding wheel.) The table can also move left and right (X-axis), making it applicable for cutting parallel samples and long plates, allowing for stable and precise cutting of various shapes. However, it is not suitable for angled cuts. Features 1. Numerical setting of automatic forward and backward feeding via a touch panel. 2. Enhanced error display function to check error ranges during settings. 3. Strengthened alarm function that displays the cause of issues on the touch panel during malfunctions. 4.
