Incorporating a higher level of operability, this compact model is designed to accommodate various work environments. It is a precision cutting machine that achieves space-saving and high precision. Additionally, the blade height position (Z-axis) can be adjusted up and down at will using the round handle on the left side of the front of the main unit, allowing for angled cutting with a mechanism that enables vertical cutting with the spindle. 【Horizontal Cutting Method】 This cutting method fixes the vertical position (Z-axis) of the grinding wheel at a desired height, while the table with the vice moves horizontally (Y-axis) towards the grinding wheel. (The grinding wheel is fixed, and the material to be cut is moved towards it.) The table can also move left and right (X-axis), making it applicable for cutting parallel samples and long boards, allowing for stable and precise cutting of various shapes, although it is not suitable for angled cuts. The work table can move left and right (X-axis), and there is also front and back movement (Y-axis) in the cutting direction that crosses it, along with vertical movement (Z-axis) of the spindle. 1. The spindle up and down handle has been moved to the left side of the front of the main unit, improving operability. 2. Rust prevention measures have been applied to the vice and work table areas. 3. The operation panel and power box have been separated, further enhancing operability. 4. The machine body width has been reduced to 720mm, achieving space-saving. 5. A cleaning water gun is included as standard equipment.
