Additionally, considering the harsh operating conditions with the use of water-soluble grinding fluids, we maintain a high-quality production line through advanced production management, quality control, and traceability systems at our specialized factory, ensuring a long-life parts supply system and prompt maintenance support. Processing with precision cutting wheels [Features] This is a type of precision processing that uses cutting wheels that are extremely thin (0.3mm to 1.2mm) and rotate at high speeds, gradually shaving off the workpiece with very hard particles (grains) that make up the wheel. The cutting is performed in a way that resembles grinding, allowing for a soft action on the workpiece without causing destructive damage, resulting in a good surface finish, sharp cutting performance, and excellent grinding capabilities that boast high-speed cutting. This contributes to the reduction or omission of secondary processing, leading to cost savings.

Features ● Equipped with a powerful 1HP motor for the main spindle, allowing the use of Φ205mm grinding wheels. ● The adoption of a new cooling method ensures cooling effectiveness down to the minimum diameter of the grinding wheel. ● The table surface is spacious, allowing for versatile applications depending on the work content. ● Comes standard with a dedicated machine stand with casters. ● Includes a simple scale of 100mm (general type) and a 300mm vernier scale (pin-specific type). ● A space for grinding wheel replacement is provided on the table surface, making it easy to change the grinding wheel. General Type Features a 3mm grinding wheel passage groove with a double clamp design that leaves no burrs. It allows for small part cutting and comes standard with a simple scale with a 100mm material stop on the right side. Pin-Specific Type Designed specifically for cutting ejector pins for molds. It comes standard with a 300mm vernier scale on the left side, allowing for measurement and cutting of dimensions from 50 to 300mm. Grinding Wheel Replacement Space A space for grinding wheel replacement has been provided on the table. It allows for safe and quick replacement without lifting the table (similar to models 31/33). *The photo shows the general type.
