Additionally, considering the harsh usage conditions with water-soluble grinding fluids, we maintain a high-quality production line through advanced production management, quality control, and traceability systems at our specialized factory, supported by a responsive maintenance system for long-life parts supply. Processing with precision cutting wheels [Features] This is a type of precision processing that uses cutting wheels that are extremely thin (0.3mm to 1.2mm) and rotate at high speeds, gradually shaving the workpiece with very hard particles (grains) that make up the wheel. The cutting action is gentle, akin to grinding, which prevents destructive damage to the workpiece, resulting in a good surface finish, excellent cutting performance, and high-speed cutting capabilities. This contributes to the reduction or elimination of secondary processing, leading to cost savings.

This machine is compact and lightweight, yet it has a wide range of uses and is extremely easy to operate. It is very convenient for cutting long materials or boards. Features: - The work table is movable on rails. - It can be installed anywhere with a household power supply of 100V. - The table surface is large, allowing for various applications depending on the work content. - It can accommodate grinding wheels up to Φ160mm. - A space for exchanging grinding wheels is provided on the table surface, making it easy to replace them. General-purpose type: It features a double clamp system with a 3mm groove for grinding wheel passage that leaves no burrs. It can cut small items and comes standard with a simple scale and a 100mm material stop on the right side. Pin-specific type: Designed specifically for cutting ejector pins for molds. It comes standard with a 300mm vernier scale on the left side, allowing for measurement and cutting of lengths from 50 to 300mm. A 500mm vernier scale is available as a special specification. Grinding wheel exchange space: A space for exchanging grinding wheels has been provided on the table.
