Crushing, dispersing, homogenizing, and emulsifying various materials transitioning from liquid to paste with a minimum gap of 40 microns. Inline continuous production is possible.
- The gap between the rotor and stator is at least 40 microns. The mutual grinding effect of particles in the narrow gap between the rotor and stator allows for the production of fine materials below the grinding gap. - Grinding gap adjustment mechanism. The grinding gap can be easily adjusted using the grinding gap adjustment ring. Additionally, the adjustment ring is marked with detailed scales, making process management easy. - Non-contact grinding teeth and media-free. Since it is media-free and the grinding teeth are non-contact, there is zero contamination. - Three types of grinding teeth. Options can be selected according to the application, such as high-shear types or those suitable for fibrous samples. - Easy scale-up. Scaling up from the lab to the actual machine is straightforward. - Sanitary design. With minimal dead space and a simple structure, disassembly and cleaning can be easily performed. It is also compatible with CIP cleaning. - A wide variety of models. We offer a broad lineup suitable for both small-batch, diverse production and large-scale production. Additionally, options such as lab-type machines and inline connection types can be selected according to the application.

basic information
The crushing teeth consist of a combination of a conical rotor and a cylindrical stator, with the rotor rotating at high speed inside the stator. The rotor and stator have different tapers that narrow as they approach the discharge port. The material being processed is subjected to a narrowing ring-shaped gap, strong shear, compression, and impact repeatedly as it approaches the discharge port, resulting in fine particle size reduction. ◇Features◇ ■ Adjustable crushing gap By moving the position of the stator in the axial direction, the gap between the rotor and stator, that is, the crushing gap, can be freely adjusted. ■ Minimum gap of 40 microns The gap between the rotor and stator can be narrowed to a minimum of 40 microns through high-precision machining. ■ Three types of surface shapes for the rotor and stator The surface processing shapes of the rotor and stator can be selected according to the material being processed. We offer cross cuts suitable for fine processing and straight cuts suitable for fibrous materials. ■ Compatible with ultra-high viscosity products We can accommodate not only low viscosity but also ultra-high viscosity products.
