The processed material is thinned out by centrifugal force on a high-speed rotating distributor inside a vacuum-suction vessel, causing the encapsulated bubbles to expand and be degassed and de-bubbled. Additionally, the processed material that jets out from the nozzles on the outer circumference of the distributor collides with the inner wall of the vessel, breaking the bubbles, and flows down the wall in a thin film while further degassing and de-bubbling.
