■□■ZAP Paste Features■□■ ■ A butyl rubber-based adhesive with weather resistance mixed with high-purity zinc powder to provide conductivity. ■ After solvent evaporation, it solidifies while retaining some elasticity. ■ Significant reduction in repair costs due to high lifecycle cost efficiency. - Can form a film thickness of over 300μm with two coats, excelling in coating corrosion prevention effects. - High zinc content ratio in the dried film allows zinc powder to provide sacrificial corrosion protection over the long term. ■ Easy to apply. - Can be applied immediately after substrate preparation (at least grade 3 surface cleaning), with no need for primers or solvent additives. ■ Effective against dissimilar metal contact corrosion and crevice corrosion. - Due to zinc's high ionization tendency, it can be used in areas where dissimilar metals such as stainless steel and iron, or aluminum and iron, come into contact, protecting critical components from corrosion. ■ Non-toluene type that does not contain harmful toluene. ■ For more details, please contact us.
