basic information
Graco's "1K Ultra Light" air-operated snuff-back dispense valve applies beads of sealant or adhesive without "head-out" or "tail-out." By using air, it improves bead quality and reduces operator fatigue. It is an ideal replacement for caulking guns in applications such as sealing railway vehicles, marine containers, and truck trailers. The valve is available in manual and automatic versions. The manual version features a pistol grip handle that sends on/off signals to control the pump and reduce surge pressure of the material being used. The automatic valve is designed to be mounted on robots or automatic XY tables for optimal bead application. Graco's "1K Ultra Light" dispense valve is designed to assist in bead application of single-component materials when used with Graco's "CheckMate" priming piston pump.
