The Checkmate 800 pump is designed to transfer high-viscosity materials from 200L drums or 20L pails to one or more locations at a high discharge rate. Its internal structure is designed to minimize pressure loss from the inlet to the outlet. Metal parts that are prone to wear are treated with the best wear-resistant coating and comply with Graco's severe duty long-life standards. With three pressure ratios (65:1, 31:1, and 19:1) to choose from, it achieves a maximum pressure of 40.2MPa (410kgf/cm2) and a maximum discharge rate of 11.5L/min, increasing production capacity.
