Large-capacity two-component mixing device for anti-corrosion coating
■Maximum operating pressure is 35MPa (345bar) ■Fixed ratios of 1:1, 2:1, 3:1, 4:1, with a discharge rate of 7.6L/min ■Variable ratios of 1:1 to 3:1 with a discharge rate of 12L/min, and 2:1 to 6:1 with a discharge rate of 9.1L/min ■Choice of stainless steel or carbon copper for the lower pump. The hard chrome-plated rod and cylinder offer excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance ■User-friendly electronic control allows for advanced monitoring of mixing ratios and other operational conditions ■Only the management supervisor can change settings due to the protective mechanism in the electronic control

basic information
End users are placing a high priority on compliance with VOC (volatile organic compounds) regulations, leading to the widespread use of materials that are 100% solid components. To atomize such high-viscosity materials, Graco's Supercat, known for its excellent pressure performance, is required. The Supercat, specifically designed for epoxy, allows for the use of long material hoses typically required in many anti-corrosion coatings due to its pressure performance of up to 35 MPa (345 bar). Additionally, its flow rate performance of 7.6 L/min enables the use of up to three guns. The sophisticated electronic control of the Supercat monitors the mixed components, which include the main agent (resin) and the hardener (catalyst), and stops the device before any errors in the mixing ratio occur. This reduces costs associated with repairing or discarding defective products, delays in delivery, and handling complaints due to ratio errors. The setting parameters of the Supercat are protected, allowing access only to dedicated skilled operators. Furthermore, the electronic components of the Supercat record data related to spraying operations and can store up to 999 different material setting formulations (recipes).
