ValueMix is a low-cost electronic low-pressure two-component and three-component mixing and measuring device designed to mix one, two, or three liquids of paint in the required material ratios using pumps and sensors. The ValueMix unit consists of an electronic main controller, pumps, a mixer manifold, an external power supply, and a customer-selected Delta HVLP gun or Delta air spray gun. To ensure a reliable mixing ratio, ValueMix automatically stops operation if a situation arises that could lead to inaccuracies. Examples of such situations include dry running of the pump, adjustments to the mixing ratio setting knob during spraying, and liquid leakage from the sealing parts. ValueMix is ideal for users who use paint with mixing ratios of 1:1 to 8:1 at a rate of 60 to 100 liters per day and perform painting with HVLP guns or air spray guns. ValueMix can easily reduce waste paint, waste thinner, and labor hours. The device can be installed in various configurations, including wall-mounted, stand-alone, or cart-style, as optional specifications.
