The Therm-O-Flow Mini-5 lamination pump is designed to transfer warm melt and hot melt materials at high temperatures of 200°C from a 20L pail to one or multiple discharge locations at a high flow rate. Its internal structure is designed to minimize pressure loss from the fluid inlet to the outlet. The design of the pump throat packing, which can be tightened, utilizes the latest sealing technology, applying long-lasting and adjustable packing. The metal wear parts are treated with the best abrasion-resistant surface treatment that guarantees "severe duty" specifications, representing Graco's excellent durability. The standard pressure ratio is 15:1 with a President air motor, and with a high pressure of 12.4MPa (126kgf/cm²) and large flow rate, it enhances the productivity of your line and expands the range of applications.
