The Therm-O-Flow 55-H ram pump is designed to transfer warm melt and hot melt materials at high temperatures of 200°C and viscosities up to 5 million cps from a 200L drum to one or multiple discharge locations at a high flow rate. The internal structure is designed to minimize pressure loss from the fluid inlet to the outlet. The new pump throat packing design utilizes the latest sealing technology, applying long-lasting packing. The metal wear parts are treated with the best wear-resistant surface treatment that guarantees "severe duty" specifications, representing Graco's excellent durability. With two pressure ratios (Bulldog 31:1, King 65:1), various levels of pressure up to 40.2 MPa (410 kgf/cm²) can be achieved, enhancing the productivity of your line and expanding the range of applications.
