"Helitcheck Plus" has been developed as the latest model of the Helitcheck, a 4-axis CNC tool measurement machine that has been evaluated as the standard for tool measurement systems for many years. Helitcheck Plus sets a new benchmark as a measurement system for micro-tools. It is a specially designed machine that functions as a non-contact, fully automatic tool and grinding wheel measurement device with four fixed cameras. While the conventional Helitcheck is equipped with three cameras, Helitcheck Plus features a second rear camera for micro-tool measurement. This second rear camera allows for measurements of tool diameters down to 0.1mm at a magnification of 400 times. For measuring larger diameter tools or grinding wheels, the standard 50x camera can measure objects with diameters up to 200mm.
