**Features** ○ Uniformity: Achieved uniformity of the film through high-precision chemical reactions and process time control in special electroless film formation technology. ○ Corrosion Resistance: Excellent corrosion resistance due to very few pinholes. ○ Heat Resistance: High heat resistance (260°C: material temperature). ○ Wear Resistance/Hardness: Hardness approximately Hv400 to Hv700. ○ Conductivity: A composite film of Ni-P-PTFE with high conductivity that does not become charged. ○ Thermal Conductivity: Approximately 90 μΩ/cm. ○ Film Thickness: Film thickness of 5 to 20 μm fits within the mechanical tolerances of most components, making it adaptable to existing parts. ○ Adhesion: High adhesion between the substrate and the coating due to unique pretreatment of the substrate and special electroless film formation method. ○ Magnetism: Non-magnetic. ○ Static Friction Coefficient: Approximately 0.15 (may vary depending on heat treatment). ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
