Low-voltage substation device for high-voltage automatic circuit breakers (instantaneous excitation method)
Low-voltage substation device for high-voltage automatic circuit breakers (instantaneous excitation method)
This is a remote-controlled substation device used for the temporary sequential transmission method that allows for the separation and reduction of power outage sections during distribution line accidents, as well as the transmission of power to healthy outage sections.
In general, high-voltage distribution lines are equipped with multiple high-voltage automatic sectionalizers (hereinafter referred to as "sectionalizers") along the route, and a timed sequential switching method is adopted to enable the separation and reduction of power outage sections during distribution line accidents, as well as the transmission of power to healthy outage sections. This device is a remote-controlled substation device used in combination with these sectionalizers.

basic information
■□■Features■□■ ■Automatic Fault Detection Function (Auto Fault Detection Function) In the event of an accident, it determines the presence or absence of control power supply voltage and automatically controls the opening and closing of the circuit breaker ('ON', 'OFF') according to the preset operation modes (S type, W type, L type) and the set time limit. ■Remote Monitoring and Control Function By communicating with the distribution telecommunication installed in the distribution substation, it enables monitoring of the circuit breaker ('ON', 'OFF') and control of 'ON', 'OFF', and 'Quick (immediate ON/OFF)'. ■Instant Excitation Method To prevent erroneous opening caused by voltage fluctuations due to transmission line accidents or interconnection with distributed power sources with reverse current, the instant excitation method is adopted. *Effective in reducing CO2 emissions! By using it in combination with circuit breakers that employ the instant excitation method, the reduction in CO2 emissions due to the elimination of excitation power is approximately 0.2 tons per year (Note). (Note) Assuming a CO2 emission factor of 0.378 kg-CO2/KWh.

Our company was founded in 1949 as a designated manufacturer of wire materials for the Ministry of Telecommunications. We have steadily established our presence by designing and manufacturing telephone and communication systems and related equipment for public enterprises such as police, railways, electricity, and broadcasting, alongside the development of related companies. We also have a significant track record in OEM products for major manufacturers. Our main products are custom-made items, which we handle from design to manufacturing, focusing on systems and products related to information and communication. Recent key products include disaster prevention information systems (JR East and JR Hokkaido), command telephone systems (various JR companies, electricity companies, and private broadcasters), remote monitoring and control systems (various JR companies, electricity companies, and telecommunications carriers), and emergency contact systems (private elementary and middle schools). Currently, we are working on the development of the latest IT and IP systems, such as serverless IP conference call systems, to adapt to the evolution of communication networks. If you present us with challenges in niche areas where major manufacturers are not proficient, we are committed to responding with low prices and short delivery times by leveraging the experience we have accumulated over many years and the latest technology. We appreciate your guidance and encouragement.
