Additionally, the filling rate can be maintained at a high level of 85-90%, effectively utilizing the heat transfer area. - The mutual movement of the overlapping two-axis wedge-shaped blades prevents and suppresses adhesion, ensuring continuous effective heat transfer. - The residence time distribution is narrow, resulting in no drying unevenness. - Operation is possible with a small amount of carrier gas, allowing for smaller equipment such as dust collectors. This is particularly advantageous for solvent recovery in inert gas closed circuits. - It is capable of processing high-moisture slurries and sticky materials. - Operation under reduced pressure is possible, utilizing boiling point depression for continuous drying of heat-sensitive materials. - Using oil as a heat transfer medium allows for processing at high temperatures (up to 290°C). - It is also possible to design a device that simultaneously performs drying and cooling.
