basic information
**Features** ◯ General plastic modular belts are structured by combining modules and connecting them through rods. Our developed Type KBP is uniquely formed solely by rods. There are no hidden parts, the belt thickness is slim, and it offers excellent cleanability. Due to the absence of hidden parts, there are fewer breeding spots for bacteria, making it ideal for transporting bare foods such as hamburgers and croquettes. ◯ The drainage and openness are outstanding. Unlike wire belts, there is no concern about pinholes, making it perfect for dewatering and drying applications for packaged goods. ◯ The material is made of PP, which has excellent chemical resistance, and AC, which is suitable for low temperatures. Color options include white and blue. ◯ The metal wire belt Type KB retains its features while being uniquely transformed into a plastic belt. This original belt was developed based on our know-how in transporting bare foods. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
