Since the cross groove does not collapse, - 80% reduction in tightening errors - Reduction in production loss - 5 times increase in bit durability
What is "Topura® PAT."? "Topura® PAT." is a screw developed by our company to improve the shortcomings of conventional cross screws (hereinafter referred to as "conventional products"), such as cam-out (the phenomenon where the bit lifts and disrupts the cross part) and diagonal tightening. It is currently receiving high praise in fields such as automotive, electronics, home appliances, pachinko, and construction.

basic information
【Features】 ● Reduces screw tightening error rates, significantly improving your company's production efficiency. ● Suitable for both automatic and manual machines. ● Increases the durability of driver bits, allowing for annual cost savings on driver bits. ● Suitable for screws with thin heads used in TVs and other devices. ● Compatible with conventional Phillips screws, allowing tightening and loosening with standard Phillips driver bits, preventing waste of bit inventory. There is no need for specialized bits at local repair shops. ● The only difference from conventional products is the shape of the cross section; no other dimensions need to be changed, and the production method is completely the same. ● Screws made of non-ferrous metals like SUS material, which cannot be magnetized, can be tightened without the need for air suction by using a special bit (chucking bit). * For details on the chucking bit, please refer to the separate page "Chucking Bit." Our company was founded in March 1970, starting the manufacturing and sales of electric screwdrivers and special screws (Totsune screws). The Totsune screw is characterized by a round hole formed at the center of the negative screw head, and it all began with that screw. Since the bit's tip can be guided accurately into the groove of the screw head in one go, the company name was inspired by the concept of a hole-in-one in golf. We always strive to create products based on this hole-in-one system as our motto.
