Trochoidal Gear Design and Manufacturing Support Software
This is software that supports the design and production of planetary differential gear systems using trochoid gears. We are pleased to announce the upgrade of "TrochoidV5/V5C" and the new release of "TrochoidV6/V6C." In this upgrade, we have implemented processing for the outer diameter of large trochoid gears with a high number of differential teeth, allowing them to be displayed as a single gear. Additionally, we have added the ability to select between eccentric rotation and axial rotation reduction mechanisms, as well as a text-saving function for design data, significantly enhancing the support for production. Furthermore, "TrochoidV5/V5C" will continue to be available for sale.
