■ The leak testing method for HEPA filters is specified by ISO. ISO14633-3 JIS B 9917-3 The time for scanning the filter surface is determined by the size of the filter and the size of the suction probe. After entering the conditions into the computer and adjusting the upstream concentration of the filter, measurements are started. After completion, a report is automatically generated, and the data is saved. ■ Exhaust HEPA Measurement For HEPA used in exhaust to capture harmful substances, the overall efficiency is measured at representative points on the downstream side. ■ Specifications Built-in battery, usable for approximately 6 hours Size: 500×300×600H Weight: approximately 20kg *This system does not sell equipment.
