【Work Information】 ○ Design… We design high-precision molds with a high degree of freedom using 2D and 3D CAD based on product drawing data received from customers. We shorten the design work time based on a wealth of design materials accumulated over many years. We strive to keep production costs as low as possible. ○ Mold Processing… We have established a system that connects machining equipment such as NC lathes, NC milling machines, electrical discharge machining, and wire cutting with CAD/CAM via fiber optics. This allows for the complex shape processing of mold components according to NC data. ○ Finishing, Measurement, Assembly… Mold components that have undergone shape processing are finished (polished) using dedicated machines or by hand. The finished mold components are meticulously inspected using three-dimensional measuring instruments and contour measuring devices before being assembled onto the mold plate. ○ Prototyping (partially external)… After assembly is complete, prototyping is carried out in-house (small scale) and externally (large scale). We conduct mold operation checks and produce molded products for inspection. ○ Product Inspection… We check the product dimensions, product tolerances, and molding defects of the molded products created during prototyping. ● For more details, please contact us.
