A self-developed 3D CAD/CAM system that pursues high precision, high-speed calculations, and ease of use.
A high-speed machining mode has been added to the multi-blade rough machining process, allowing for the simultaneous designation of up to 20 tools and efficient processing of large-diameter areas that have been left uncut using smaller diameters. Corner entry, such as trochoids and fillets, enables low-load and efficient machining. Additionally, it is equipped with a trajectory correction function that allows for various edits to the calculated finishing trajectory data. It can also process leftover material cleanly. The input data formats are standardly compatible with IGES, Parasolid, and DXF. The simplification of input items and the rich graphical help function make it possible to learn the operation in a short time.

basic information
Nara Information System's CAD/CAM system, developed in-house, meets diverse needs and achieves high-precision processing. Due to its unique calculation system focused on precision, it can produce significantly cleaner machining compared to conventional CAM methods that use faceting (a collection of fine polygons approximating curved surfaces). Additionally, it supports not only common tools like ball, flat, and radius but also irregular tools with cutting edges shaped like ellipses and complex circles.
