Even with materials containing a high number of particles, the fluid dynamics-calculated internal taper angle allows for smooth flow of the material through the small diameter hole. The tip shape, which significantly affects discharge, is designed with the aspect ratio in mind. In particular, for nozzles with an inner diameter of 0.1 mm and 0.15 mm, production with an aspect ratio of 1:1 is possible. This nozzle is optimal for the precise application of high-viscosity materials such as cream solder.
