Flange-type small capacity torque meter covering a rated torque of 20 to 1 kNm with high usage performance.
A compact integrated FLFM1iS and a separate FLFM1eS are available. You can choose between standard accuracy (0.05%) and high accuracy (0.03%). Rotor materials include SUS and titanium. It can be equipped with an optical speed sensor with 240/360/400 PPR. The maximum rotation speed is 20,000 RPM. Dual rating settings are possible.

It is designed to withstand overloads up to five times the rated limit, so it does not break even when subjected to impact loads from gear changes and the like. Data transmission from the rotor to the stator uses infrared, allowing for close placement to the dynamo. By omitting the intermediate bearing between the dynamo and the torque meter, the entire testing equipment can be miniaturized. The rotor (rotating part) has the same dimensions for different ratings. The small capacity model (FLFM1iS) has the same mounting dimensions from 20Nm to 1000Nm. It is an all-in-one type with an amplifier built into the stator. Measurement values are output from the stator via frequency (60kHz ± 20kHz), analog (voltage, current), and CAN.
