Until now, processing such fine shapes has been very difficult, but with the latest processing technology, it can be done without any issues, and the finished product is highly precise. ■Progressive Multi-Surface Machining■ This is a progressive type of 15-edge chamfering. Even in multi-surface machining, the individual dimensional accuracy is outstanding. The positional accuracy is also within ±0.02, so there is no concern about positional deviation even with progressive machining.
