The Sabirex PFA impinger is ideal for strict cleanroom environment evaluations and measurements, such as dust collection in semiconductor manufacturing processes, because all fluid contact parts are molded from PFA. It is designed to collect trace substances suspended in the air by passing them through the liquid inside the PFA impinger using a vacuum pump. Since it is intended to be used as a sampling train by connecting the impingers with tubes, the impinger lid comes with two ports and a ferrule nut. Unlike glass impingers, PFA impingers do not break and are manufactured from high-purity PFA resin, making them virtually inert to most compounds.

● Use a vacuum pump to pass suspended substances through pure water in the PFA impinger for collection. ● One port allows for the tube to be inserted to the bottom of the container, while the other port secures the tube at the port section (top of the lid). ● Capacity: 60ml and 375ml. ● Some 60ml sizes come with a lid featuring a cover made of Ultem(R), which has excellent pressure resistance. ● Inert to almost all chemical solutions. ● The liquid level inside the container can be checked from the outside. ● Made of high-purity PFA, with a temperature range of -200℃ to +260℃. ● Can be sterilized using an autoclave. ● This is a set of container and lid.
