Syspla was established in 1988 with the aim of developing and selling financial accounting software for personal computers. In June 1989, the 'SP Financial Accounting System' developed by us was certified as a recommended software by Toshiba Information Systems Corporation, which marked the beginning of our nationwide distribution and sales as a package software manufacturer.
