Our company responds to customer requests regarding wear resistance, heat resistance, insulation, and weather resistance for bearing parts, medical device components, decorative items, and more. 【Microscopic State】 ■ The powder is enveloped by a binder in a quantity close to an equivalent volume, providing fluidity. ■ The green body already has a uniform density internally and maintains its shape without deformation after debinding. ■ The spaces left after the binder is removed are filled by sintering to nearly 100%, resulting in significant shrinkage (10% to 20%). ■ Excellent repeatability and high dimensional accuracy. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
