It is installed in the river or nearby wells and automatically continuously measures and records changes in salinity levels due to seawater over an extended period, while also providing constant digital display. Additionally, the ESR-5 type special 9-electrode (4-electrode composite) sensor is simple and robust, with no moving parts, eliminating the need for overhauls and resulting in extremely low maintenance costs, which is its greatest feature.
