As you know, the year we started, 1986, was the end of the bubble era, and the software industry was experiencing growth rates of 20% to 30% per year. In that context, we established System Two-One with the aim of providing software with high customer satisfaction. Our work is not measured by how many hours we operate, but by the quality of the output (results) delivered within the deadline. We believed that by enhancing four qualities and producing quality output, we could achieve customer satisfaction even in an industry where working late into the night is the norm. Therefore, we have made various attempts, such as work-sharing to reduce individual workloads (a term that did not exist at the time), concentrating work during daytime hours, and allowing remote work from home. Currently, we have 42 staff members, with a gender ratio of about half and half, but our approach to the four qualities has not changed. We will continue to strive as a united team to provide systems that can meet customer demands with added value.
